France, Pyrenean Traverse

The tour leader is Geraldine Goldsmith

Geraldine (Gerry) has cycle toured in several areas of Europe, in Kerala, Laos and Tasmania, and has cycled in South Africa. She is often cycling in France and speaks French fluently. Over the past few years, Gerry has led several well-established CTC tours (originally designed by Sheila Simpson).

Recent new tours include the Pyrennean Traverse and Corsica, both challenging mountain tours. And the Alpes Maritimes, more relaxed but still hilly. Gerry (previously a mountaineer and fell-runner) loves being in the mountains; she enjoys sharing the mountain experience with other CTC riders. Gerry also enjoys visiting South Africa, India and other countries, where a more relaxed tour provides plenty of opportunities to experience different cultures.
