Several Pyrenean climbs are included. The Corbières with their Cathare castles, the lower slopes carpeted with vines, and the Espinouse Mountains provide a scenically contrasting link between the Pyrénées and the high limestone plateau. 14 nights.

Variations on the standard itinerary are available but all are aimed at the experienced self-reliant cyclist. Would normally start and finish at Toulouse, either the airport or the adjacent bike bus stop.
